Silent Sunday: The Power of Intention
With Gen Kelsang Tubchen
Sunday 4 October
A tech-free day on the theme of Karma
Put the phone down for the day. On this Silent Sunday we will explore karma and how our intentions shape our experience. There is nothing more powerful than the mind, and it can create happiness or suffering. Through understanding karma and harnessing the power of intention through guided meditations and then in daily life, we can take control of our future if both subtle and profound ways.
Enjoy a full day of silence, free of screens and distraction. A rare chance to properly slow down and notice your own mind. Between meditations you can enjoy our beautiful garden, or relax in the cafe and feel your mind relax. Giving yourself the mental space to develop clear intentions.
With guided meditations, inspiring teachings and quiet reflection. No experience necessary, everybody welcome!
This day course sits alongside World Mental Health Day on 10th October, and similar events at our sister centre KMC London’s Tech Free Saturdays.
