Less Stress, More Joy
With Gen Kelsang Tubchen
Sunday 18 OCTOBER
Less Stress, More Joy
Modern life doesn’t seem to be getting any less stressful — so what actually helps? This workshop with Buddhist nun Gen Tubchen offers real, practical meditation tools you can use the moment stress shows up, not abstract theory.
We’ll look at where stress really comes from, why trying to control everything around us never quite works, and how training the mind gives us something far more reliable. In this way we can cultivate real resilience, lasting calm, and the kind of real joy that grows comes from this, all of which we can carry into daily life.
The day runs as two sessions with a shared lunch in between – bring some sweet or savory vegetarian food to share.
No experience needed, everybody welcome!
Fee £20 | bring & share lunch | Free for members
