Begin the festive season with what actually matters – genuine loving kindness. This half-day course explores how to use the extraordinary understandings and meditations from within Buddhism to cultivate real warmth toward everyone in our lives – even the difficult ones! Enjoy spending some time focusing on the healing power of love, and discover the incredible peace and happiness this can bring.
Followed by a community bring and share festive lunch so we can put our love straight into practice with each other.
With talks, guided meditations, discussion and Q&A. No experience necessary, everybody welcome!

THE TEACHER
Gen Tubchen is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Edinburgh. She is a Buddhist nun with 25 years of experience teaching mainly in the Nordic Region and Scotland. An inspiring and gifted teacher, she is admired for her clear, powerful and practical teachings which touch the hearts of listeners.
