monthly slow down sunday
Candlelight Meditation & Hot Chocolate
Sunday SEPTEMBER 27 | 7 - 8PM
with resident teacher Gen Kelsang Tubchen
Create space at the end of the weekend to slow down, breathe, and rest deeply.
Slow Down Sunday is a gentle hour of candlelit guided meditation, offering a quiet and welcoming space to unwind, settle the mind, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
Through simple guided meditations you can relax, soften your thoughts, and rest more fully in the present moment. As the mind settles, a natural sense of peace, clarity and gentle happiness can arise — nourishing for both body and mind.
The evening helps release tension and mental overactivity, supporting deeper rest and mental ease. Enjoy a comforting cup of hot chocolate at the end, and leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and gently set up with a positive mind for the coming week.
Suitable for everyone — no previous meditation experience needed.
Just come as you are and enjoy a peaceful end to your weekend.
