Meet Your Mind, Find Your Freedom
With Gen Kelsang Sherab
Sunday 15 November | 10.30am - 4pm
Meet Your Mind, Find Your Freedom
Special Event with Visiting Teacher Gen Sherab.
Gen Sherab is the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Glasgow. He is known for a teaching style that’s both challenging and empowering – he doesn’t let us off the hook of really looking at ourselves! In this special day event, he’ll guide us to honestly examine our own mind: which habitual states are quietly holding us back, and how we can start to move beyond them.
Rather than offering easy answers, Gen Sherab will help each of us do the real work of discovering our own authentic inner freedom through understanding and transforming our mind. Come prepared to look inward and leave with a genuinely different relationship with your own mind.
With talks, guided meditations, discussion and Q&A.
No experience necessary, everybody welcome!
Fee £35 | members £25 including lunch
Available online for members £20.
Venue: KMC Edinburgh | 172 Leith Walk, EH6 5EA
