The Challenge
- establish a daily meditation practice
- improve your concentration
- make your meditations powerful and effective
Sometimes we need to give certain areas of our life special attention if we want them to improve. This September you can do just that for your meditation practice, developing your mindfulness and concentration on this specially designed programme.
The Programme has 2 parts:
- 4 week Training Course running throughout September, with weekly evening classes, daily home practice and meditation aids to keep you motivated and engaged (booking in next tab)
- Silent Weekend Retreat at the end of September allowing you to access deeper levels of concentration and peace (at KMC Edinburgh, more info & booking here)
Why train in Concentration?
Nowadays we have so many distractions that it is rare to enjoy even a few moments of peace. Through deepening our concentration we increase the power of our mind, our energy, our ability to fulfil our wishes and our inner peace. With this new found concentration we will be able to significantly improve our meditation experience and overall inner peace, happiness and well being.
4 week Training Course
- Week 1 The peace of concentration
- Week 2 Mindfulness – the life of meditation
- Week 3 Holding our focus – getting results
- Week 4 Settling like a still ocean

– Beginners welcome! This programme will help you whatever your level of experience.

INNER STRENGTH, OPEN HEART
finding a fearless life
A 4 WEEK SERIES WITH CATHERINE MARRIOTT
DUNDEE | OCTOBER 2, 9, 16, 23 | WEDNESDAYS 7-8.15PM
New venue - see details below
Our inner strength, resolve and confidence can sometimes feel fragile in a world where pressure is on us to always perform well, get it right, look good and balance work and home life to a standard that is just too much for most of us! We can easily feel overwhelmed, and anxiety and stress can easily creep in. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Buddha’s teachings remind us of our many good qualities. We are beings with an immense capacity to feel love, compassion and kindness. All of which open our hearts to see our true potential and bring confidence that we can live a fulfilled and meaningful life. Using meditation to strengthen our good qualities is a magical way of bringing out the best in ourselves and others.
This course will focus on teachings on equalising and exchanging self with others and will be based on the books How to Transform Your Life and Meaningful to Behold.
Everyone welcome.
