Vajrasattva Retreat
With Gen Kelsang Tubchen
Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 December | 10.30am – 8.30pm
Purification and Letting Go of the Past
The end of the year is a natural time to reflect, to let go and to wish to purify some of our past actions so we can feel lighter, change our tendencies and bring hope to our future.
This weekend retreat will focus on the practice of Vajrasattva, the Buddha of purification, in conjunction with special prayers, visualisations and mantra recitation.
In Buddhism there is no place for guilt, only healthy regret and change. Discover how the powerful practice of purification frees us from our obstacles and patterns and instead feel pure and peaceful inside.
There will be an introduction in the first session each day which it is important to attend if you are new to this retreat. Each session will then be guided in the essential practices and there will be the opportunity to self guide also in the silent periods.
Can be attended in part or in full. Introduction in the first session each day.
With talks, guided meditations, discussion and Q&A.
Intermediate level retreat.
