Take thirty minutes to relax and de-stress with simple guided meditations and inspiration that lead to a deep experience of inner peace and contentment, allowing you to let go of your busy day and get ready to enjoy your evening with a more relaxed and inspired state of mind.
While the meditations offered are Buddhist, they generally appeal to anyone wanting to cultivate a deeper state of peace and authentic happiness.
