Join us for this inspirational event in the heart of Scotland with international guest teacher, Kadam Bridget Heyes, the UK National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition.

During the weekend, Kadam Bridget will grant the blessing empowerment of Buddha Maitreya which is a beautiful guided meditation that helps us awaken our potential to be loving, kind and peaceful. Then through teachings and meditations on the three kinds of love we can deepen the power of our loving heart.

The Scottish Dharma Celebration is an annual opportunity for people throughout Scotland to gather together to receive teachings and meet spiritual friends and will leave you feeling relaxed, inspired and spiritually re-energised.

Everyone is welcome!

About the Teacher

The weekend will be led principally by international meditation teacher, Kadam Bridget Heyes, the UK National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition. Kadam Bridget is a senior student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, and is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practise and integrate into daily life.  As a mother of two, she has a special insight into how to bring Buddhism alive to meet the demands of a busy modern life.
