PATHWAY TO HAPPINESS
GUIDED LAMRIM RETREAT
MEDITATIONS ON THE STAGES OF THE PATH TO ENLIGHTENMENT
SATURDAY 23 - TUESDAY 26 AUGUST
with Resident Teacher
Gen Kelsang Tubchen

Discover a step-by-step path to inner peace and lasting happiness.
This special summer retreat offers the perfect opportunity to be introduced to – or to deepen your experience of – Lamrim, the stages of the path to enlightenment. These 14 powerful meditations are practical, reflective, and profoundly transformative.
Guided by Gen Kelsang Tubchen, a senior Buddhist teacher with over 25 years of retreat experience, each session includes clear, accessible teachings, beautiful sung Buddhist prayers, time for structured meditation, and space for quiet reflection.
Based on the presentation in the book How to Understand the Mind, the retreat follows the complete cycle of Lamrim meditations that awaken our spiritual potential and enable us to develop views, intentions and insights that are truly life changing.
During the retreat, you will:
- Reflect on the preciousness of your life and how to make it truly meaningful
- Deepen your understanding of karma and create the causes for future happiness
- Develop the wish for freedom through renunciation
- Cultivate authentic love and compassion
- Begin to explore the dream-like nature of reality through the wisdom of emptiness
This retreat is suitable for newcomers and experienced meditators alike.
Everyone is welcome.
