FESTIVE SEASONAL PARTY
Bring your good heart, food to share
Sunday 10 December | 10.30am – 2pm
Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible.
As the year draws to a close join us for a special day of activities. We begin with morning refreshments followed by a special class of meditation with the purpose of bringing inner peace into our lives, our community and our entire world. Gen Norden will guide us through special prayers dedicated to world peace and which empower us to change for the better and become a source of benefit for our world. The class will include guided meditation, a short teaching and beautiful chanted Prayers for World Peace followed by an opportunity for reflection. As with other Happiness Hour classes, there will be a focus on finding solutions to problems in daily life, including genuine optimism through the development of altruism.
We then enjoy a vegetarian lunch to share. Please bring what ever savoury or sweet food you think would go down well at the vegetarian buffet. We will supply the drinks including non alcoholic fruit punch.
Everyone is welcome.
