Add some chill to your festival vibes on Saturday 10 June.  Come and explore our pop up stall for free taster meditations and advice about meditation, what it is exactly and how to begin a daily practice.  Learn about our local meditation centre and its full range of classes and course for all levels and ages.  

Fully guided meditations will be lead by a qualified meditation teacher which are guaranteed to help reduce stress, restore a sense of well being and help us find our inner peace.     

Everyone is welcome to join in.  No experience of meditation necessary
