BEYOND LIFES TROUBLES
Taking control of your direction and perspective
In our busy lives, even though we try very hard to find happiness it remains elusive, whereas problems and suffering seem to arise naturally, without any effort.
Why is this? It is because the cause of happiness in our mind – inner peace – is weak and can give rise to its effect only if we apply great effort. Whereas the internal causes of suffering – delusions like anger and attachment – are strong and can get rise to their effect with no effort on our part.
This new series of evening classes will explore some of Buddhist psychology’s most popular and engaging advice called the Four Noble Truths which offer clear and simple solutions to many of our most common challenges and guiding us into an oasis of inner peace.
Everyone is welcome. No prior experience of meditation necessary
