Meet Maria, originally from Venezuela, now a resident in Edinburgh

Since we’ve reopen for in-person classes Maria is a regular volunteer at the centre.

We are open daily from 10.30am – 4pm, excepting Fridays.

Drop-in for a visit to enjoy the peaceful meditation room, the cafe or just to say hi!
