MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK
Poor mental health is an issue that can affect many of us. Current research suggests 1 in 6 people will experience some form of mental disorder at some point in their lives.
To mark the importance of mental health awareness week we are offering 20 minute meditation sessions for everyone.
Good mental health arises from a healthy and peaceful mind. The way to achieve a peaceful mind is through the practice of meditation. Even just a few moments of meditative experience can provide significant benefits such as reducing stress, overcoming anxiety or restoring a sense of balance and well being.
