Beyond Anxiety
A Two Day Retreat For Everyone
Anxiety has many forms.
It is everywhere.
It can ruin just a brief moment of pleasure.
It can ruin your life.
It has causes.
The causes can be identified, reduced and abandoned.
Why not make a start?
Listen, contemplate, meditate.
This retreat will introduce a set of practical meditations based on Buddhist wisdom. With a better understanding anxiety, stress and fear we can learn new ways of responding to anxiety.
Everybody is welcome. No meditation experience necessary.
