How do we know what is true and what is false? Do our senses reveal the world as it really is? Or do we only ever relate to a subjective version of reality, mediated by our own projections and biases?
In today’s ‘post-truth’ era it seems harder than ever to arrive at a definitive account of what is real. But never before has there been such a need to discover a shared human truth.
In this special Thursday evening lecture, Kadampa Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Wangmo will explore Buddha’s teachings on the nature of reality, and present practical methods for applying these insights to our daily life.

THE TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Wangmo has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism and ordained as a nun for over 20 years. Loved for her gentle approach and discerning wisdom Gen Wangmo is a sincere example of a modern day Kadampa practitioner who brings a lighthearted yet profound touch to her teachings.
