Through guided meditations and practical advice from Buddha’s teachings, we will learn how to find deep relaxation and how to harness our mind for health.
Together, we will explore the power of applying effective rest and cultivating our inner peace. We will also learn how to develop a light attitude of acceptance and a flexible perspective. In this way, we can restore our mental and physical energy, and keep it that way!
We will leave revived and empowered with practical strategies to prevent future burnouts.

THE TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Wangmo is the Resident Teacher at KMC Edinburgh and has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism and ordained as a nun for over 20 years. Loved for her gentle and joyful approach and her sincere example, Gen Wangmo’s lighthearted yet profound teachings provide practical wisdom for modern daily life.
