Breathing meditation helps us to reduce stress, anxiety & worry and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being. This retreat will allow you to feel relaxed, positive, and inspired to make meditation a part of your daily life.
The retreat is suitable for all levels of experience and provides a wonderful opportunity to access deep peace and stillness within your own mind, through immersing yourself into these relaxing, peaceful and uplifting meditations.

THE TEACHER
Kevin has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years. A busy father and a sincere student on Foundation Programme, Kevin is appreciated for his insightful and practical approach in putting Buddha’s teachings into practice in daily life. His honesty, warmth and clear presentations make his teachings and meditations enjoyable and inspiring for everyone.

Pay and display parking has recently been introduced into the local area around the Centre.
Tram networks to Newhaven are now fully operational with the nearest tram stop to the Centre being at Balfour Street, a few minutes walk away.
Buses also operate as normal down Leith Walk.
