We are alive, therefore we will die. This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, yet few of us have come to terms with this fact. On this course discover the unparalleled Buddhist insight into death and dying, helping us to understand the death process and develop an awareness of our own mortality in a way that will help us to live a happy and meaningful life, prepare for our death and also help others who are dying. In this way, instead of something to be feared or denied, death can become a positive experience. Everybody welcome.

Lamrim, or the stages of the path, is the essence of Buddha’s teachings on compassion and wisdom presented in a simple way that is easy to understand and practice – ideally suited to modern life. 

In this series, each course introduces a different step along this path of inner development, giving you the opportunity to discover your potential and make your journey to the supreme permanaent peace of mind and compassionate ability that is enlightenment. 

Each course is self contained and can be attended individually or  followed through as a series.
