The Power of Self-Confidence
MEDITATION COURSE
SATURDAY 13 JULY | 2 - 5PM
with Chammy Sirisena
Discover ways for boosting your self-belief and confidence that are not reliant on accomplishments, external validation, or appearance. Immerse yourself in uplifting guided meditations designed to connect you with your potential rather than focusing on your limitations.
Authentic self-confidence can be elusive at times. Relying on worldly achievements, like the approval of others, physical appearance, or social status, can make us vulnerable when these factors are absent. This vulnerability often leads to low self-esteem and demotivation.
And yet, when we identify with our limitless potential for happiness, freedom, universal love, and profound wisdom – this new way of relating to ourself gives us the positive energy and inspiration we need to actually make the latent manifest!
Join us for this uplifting day with talks, guided meditations, discussion and Q&A.
No experience necessary, everybody welcome!
