the happiness superpower
a simple, easy and quick method to increase your joy
SATURDAY 28 JUNE | 2 - 5pM
With Buddhist nun Kelsang LHASANG

It is very important to be happy. Being happy is our most basic wish and if we ourself are not happy, how can we make others happy? Therefore being happy is very important.
So how can we consciously and consistently improve our happiness on a daily basis? One method, taught by Buddha, is called “Rejoicing” – a simple practice that maintains and increases our happiness. Learning about this practice will be the main focus of this course,
“Rejoicing” is an extensive practice, where we learn to delight again and again (“re-joy”) in the good qualities, good actions, happiness and successes of others and ourself. “Rejoicing” defeats any tendencies towards jealousy and discouragement, while turning our mind in a positive direction and increasing our happiness.
Combining meditation with “Rejoicing” is a guaranteed approach to improving our daily happiness. Anyone can learn these methods which are simple, logical and effective. We can even practice “Rejoicing” while lying down or relaxing!
