With Gen Kelsang Wangmo
THE CYCLE OF LIFE & DEATH
Sat 26 Mar | 2 – 4.45pm | in-person & online
Living meaningfully, dying joyfully – making the most of our precious human life.
We are alive, therefore we will die. This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, yet few of us have come to terms with this fact. On this course discover the unparalleled Buddhist insight into death and dying, helping us to understand the death process and develop an awareness of our own mortality in a way that will help us to live a happy and meaningful life, prepare for our death and also help others who are dying. In this way, instead of something to be feared or denied, death can become a positive experience. Everybody welcome.
fee: £15 | members free | In-person & online – livestreamed & 72 hour catch up
Venue: At KMC Edinburgh, 172 Leith Walk, EH6 5EA
