SPECIAL EVENT
RESILIENCE - building inner strength | SAT 2 APRIL

RESILIENCE – building inner strength
Sat 2 Apr | 2 – 4.45pm | in-person & online
We are delighted to welcome Gen Kelsang Drolkyi, Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Glasgow and senior Teacher within the Kadampa tradition to teach this special course.
- use meditation to develop resilience, confidence and mental strength
- live more confidently and peacefully in the face of adversity
- find inner refuge from daily struggles
We cannot avoid problems and challenges but we can increase our capacity to recover from them quickly and to deal with them more effectively. Sometimes even small challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed and depleted. However in Kadampa Buddhism we find practical methods, that everyone can use, that enable us to stay focused, centred and in control so that we can meet the difficulties we encounter without the intense and often angry reactions that can arise. Instead of feeling in conflict with our daily challenges we can begin to meet them with a lighter, more positive and happier state of mind.
Everybody is welcome to join us for this special event.
Fees: £15 | members £10 | In-person & online – livestreamed & 72 hour catch up
