SAT 6 MAY | 10am – 3pm
Experience a deep relaxation through meditation
Join us for a relaxing retreat in a quiet and peaceful environment in the heart of the city. KMC Edinburgh provides an ideal opportunity to refresh your mind and open your heart through simple yet powerful meditations. During this retreat Gen Wangmo will offer advice and guidance in how to how to deeply relax, let go of unwanted negative states of mind and open our heart and ourselves to pure positivity through the practice of meditation. This retreat will introduce a series of altruistic meditations designed to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others.
By developing such peaceful states of mind we are then able to bring this sense of well being into our every life where it can influence everything we think, say and do. This retreat is ideal for complete beginners and those who wish to develop their experience of meditation retreat. There will be breaks throughout the day and time to relax, reflect and discuss the ideas presented in the sessions should this be necessary.
