This is a 2 session course.

Karma is quite an important and subtle topic to understand. Many people mistakenly think there is someone judging every action we perform. 

Why is life hard? Why is it difficult to understand Buddhist teachings, or to find the time to practice? According to Buddhism, it’s because we carry negative karma. This negative karma creates all our difficulties, discomfort, worry and unhappiness.

Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang is the principal teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Edinburgh. She is highly experienced, well-respected and has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for more than 25 years. She is also the National Spiritual Director of Austria, Switzerland and South Africa and teaches at National Festivals.
