During this special weekend of meditation retreat enjoy guided meditation and instruction on authentic Tantric meditation and in particular the uncommon oral instructions of compassion and wisdom revealed in the book Mirror of Dharma. Through this powerful practice, learn how to integrate Buddha’s teaching of sutra and tantra into the sublime and concise practice of Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion.
Sessions will include:

The protection of Mantra
Sessions will also include silent periods for meditation as well as chanted prayers to focus and prepare the mind well for meditation.
It is not necessary to have received a Tantric empowerment to attend this retreat.
Session 1: 10.00 – 11.15am
Session 2: 12.00 – 1.15pm
Session 3: 2.45 – 4.00pm

THE TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Wangmo has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism and ordained as a nun for over 20 years. Loved for her gentle and joyful approach and her sincere example, Gen Wangmo’s lighthearted yet profound teachings provide practical wisdom for modern daily life.
