Can we know the answers to life’s deepest questions? In a world of so much confusion and unhappiness, Buddha’s teachings have a tremendous amount of wisdom and clarity to offer on the big topics of our existence, giving meaning, purpose and a spiritual context to life in the modern world.

Each class is self contained so you can follow a series or just drop in to any class. No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!

THE TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Norden is the acting resident teacher of KMC Edinburgh. Gen Norden was ordained as a Buddhist nun in 1994 and has dedicated her life to teaching modern Buddhism and meditation throughout the U.S. and the U.K. She has been teaching for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with students, which she presents with lightness, warmth and clarity.
