LOVE – AN INSIDE STORY
Rounding off this term we focus on the importance of love and how using Buddha’s teachings, we are able to cultivate a peaceful mind to solve all of our daily problems. This 3 week series promises to help us develop a deeper understanding of love, compassion, and mindfulness which when practised together form the foundation of a powerful method to transform our often cumbersome challenges with a calm and compassionate mindset.

THE TEACHER
Edwin is an experienced Kadampa teacher and meditator. He brings a wealth of meditation experience to his teachings which are powerful and to easy to take on board.

Morningside United Church Hall is situated perfectly in the heart of the Morningside area and is easily accessible by foot, car, bus and train.
