HAPPY NEW MIND
The New Year offers us a special opportunity to pause and reflect, and to think deeply about the changes we would like to see in our lives. As one year ends and a new one begins we suddenly become more open to the idea of transformation, and we’re ready to take up new perspectives and tune into our deeper potential for growth and development.
Whatever New Year’s Resolutions we may have this year, in essence we’re all seeking to fulfill what Buddha called our ‘heart wish’ – the same basic desire to increase happiness and reduce suffering and problems. By learning to develop inner peace we can start to access a deeper source of happiness from within, and by establishing a daily practice of meditation we can learn to make every day of the year ahead meaningful.
This four week series will explore key areas in how to train our mind through meditation with a focus on the development of our own deep inner peace and how to return to this state of mind when we need it most.
Everybody welcome.

FREE YOUR MIND – SOLUTIONS FOR ANXIETY
Stress and anxiety are on the rise like never before. With more and more of us struggling to experience peace of mind in the face of life’s challenges.
When anxiety takes hold, we’d love to be able to drop the painful feelings in our mind and find more constructive ways of responding. But instead, we easily get caught up in negative patterns, unable to shift our mental state.
This series of classes will explore Buddha’s special instructions for letting go of anxiety, by cultivating inner peace in meditation and discovering our untapped potential for transforming difficult situations.
Everybody welcome.
