Meditation, Mindfulness & Mahamudra
SatURDAY 18 November | 2 - 5pm
With gen kelsang Norden
It’s official: we’re the most distracted humans in history.
The average attention span is dwindling all the time, we’re constantly bombarded by alerts and notifications, and inner peace and calm feel like they’re further away than ever.
But no matter how busy or distracted we might feel, the real nature of the mind is actually pure and clear, and there is always a wealth of peace and stillness awaiting just below the surface.
Buddha’s Mahamudra teachings reveal deeply relaxing and profoundly illuminating meditations that give us that ability to access our peaceful underlying nature.
By gaining familiarity with Mahamudra we can easily let go of distractions and turn our attention inwards to the inner peace and clarity of the mind.
Everyone is welcome.
