Learn to Meditate
MEDITATION COURSE
SATURDAY 24 AUGUST | 2 - 5PM
WITH KELSANG VARAHI
Enjoy some mental space and peace… and learn to take it with you!
Meditation has become widely recognised as a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing. Especially suitable for beginners, this course will introduce meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone. Drawing on expert advice from Buddha, Kelsang Varahi will reveal methods in how to begin and then maintain an effective meditation practice. The benefits of meditation and its power to overcome stress, be happy, stay focused and enjoy harmonious relationships will be clearly presented. At the end of the course you can choose one of the guided meditations to focus on and train in at home to continue to experience these benefits for yourself.
“So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind.”
