HOW TO GET ON WITH PEOPLE
SATURDAY 19 FEBRUARY
2 – 4.45pm | in-person & online
Scientific methods for solving daily problems.
People are great but sometimes it’s a bit tricky to get along. Although it might seem difficult sometimes it is possible! We just need skillful ways of thinking that allow us to appreciate people in a different way and see beyond behaviour, personality and interpretation.
Buddha shared many special contemplations and meditations to help us relate in new, creative and beneficial ways that allow for understanding, empathy and engagement, rather than judgement, frustration and disappointment.
When we take these new ways of thinking to heart we will gain the ability to develop positive minds towards … anyone! Then getting on won’t be a problem.
Everybody welcome.
