Harmony & the Art of Acceptance
MEDITATION COURSE
SATURDAY 4 MAY | 2 - 5PM
with gen kelsang wangmo
Acceptance, or patient acceptance, is a special state of mind through which we can relate to our unhappiness, anger and conflict, in an open, creative way. When acceptance arises in our heart it frees us up from our mental tension and stress, and allows our natural happiness and courage to surface. In this half-day course, through contemplation and guided meditations, we will come to experience the healing qualities of this special mind and learn how to apply it practically in our daily life.
Learn how to:
- Live in harmony
- Develop inner strength
- Keep the peace
- Cultivate a good heart
Includes talks, guided meditations, discussion and Q&A.
No experience necessary, everybody welcome!
