DIGITAL DETOX
MEDITATION DAY
SATURDAY 15 FEBRUARY | 10AM - 3PM
WITH resident teacher
Gen kelsang Wangmo

Do you feel over-stimulated by the modern world and way of life? Is your phone rarely out of your hand? We all know how we feel when we have lost hours to tech-based distraction, but do we recognize that it is also draining us of energy to live with clarity and focus?
Instead of sinking into a habitual love of ease and distraction, now is the time to take back control of our mind.
In this meditation day with Gen Wangmo, we’ll be taking time offline to learn how to reduce our need for constant entertainment, reduce our distractions and come to know and love abiding in a calm peaceful state of mind which each and everyone of us can learn to access.
No experience is necessary; everybody is welcome.
