CALM WITHOUT THE STORM
Life is tough. Things go wrong. People let us down.
We can’t stop challenges and difficult situations coming our way, but through Buddhist psychology we can definitely learn to transform adversity into opportunities for growth and development.
By training in meditation we can discover a new source of happiness and resilience from within – a profound experience of inner peace that is always accessible and that can be used to solve our daily problems.
Through deepening our inner peace we can protect ourselves from negative states and unhelpful responses and remain calm and unruffled in the face of life’s challenges.
Everyone welcome.
