Join us for a special evening of relaxing guided meditation and a delicious home cooked meal.
Something different this evening as we open our doors for a fun themed evening including the chance to develop some inner peace before we enjoy a home cooked three course vegetarian meal.
The evening begins with canapés and refreshments before we enjoy a relaxing guided meditation to bring a sense of inner peace to conclude the weekend. Put the stresses and tensions of daily life behind you and enjoy an evening of relaxation with a tasty, home-cooked, vegetarian meal.
Evening Schedule:
Reception, canapés
and refreshments 6.30 – 7.30pm
Meditation 7.30 – 8pm
Evening Meal 8 – 9.30pm

THE TEACHER
Gen Norden is the acting resident teacher of KMC Edinburgh. Gen Norden was ordained as a Buddhist nun in 1994 and has dedicated her life to teaching modern Buddhism and meditation throughout the U.S. and the U.K. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with students, which she presents with humour, warmth and clarity.

While tram work continues there is only southbound traffic on Leith Walk, towards the Centre.
