WHEEL OF LIFE & MOVIE EVENT
(Movie trailer below)
With Gen Kelsang Wangmo
Saturday 29 April | 10am – 5pm
How to break free from the cycle of suffering.
This is a rare opportunity to gain practical knowledge of the profound image, The Wheel Of Life. It is usual in our present times to encounter the precious teachings of Buddha and even more so to have the good fortune to receive authentic instructions about the Wheel Of Life.
Everyone is welcome to attend, no previous knowledge of these teachings are required.
During the first half of the event Gen Wangmo will help us to examine this image and explore how we can use it to guide us in our meditation practice and inspire us in our spiritual life. We will learn why we experience the sufferings and problems we do and how we can permanently break free from these.
Ideal for visual learners and those who enjoy imagery as a source of inspiration and learning.
Following a clear illustration of the Wheel Of life, we then enjoy a special movie which tells the story of the life of King Bimbisara a friend and contemporary of Buddha Shakymuni and which presents the entire path to liberation in a way that is alive and immediate to our experience.
This event will present special teachings, guided meditations and a movie that help us to gain practical insights we can then take into our everyday life.
Everybody welcome.
