INTRODUCTION TO TANTRA
MEDITATION COURSE | SAT 28 MAY
WITH GEN KELSANG WANGMO

Introduction to Tantra a blissful journey
Who we are, who we can become.
Do you feel you have been the exact same person your entire life? Or is it more accurate to say that there have been many versions of you throughout the years, or even throughout today?
Buddha’s Tantric teachings and meditations are all about taking charge of our own identity and steering it in meaningful directions. By imagining ourself as more loving, more compassionate and more wise we can break out of the prison of our own mundane appearances and ideas, and awaken our vast potential for happiness. Through special Tantric methods we can develop both our wisdom and our compassion until they produce a bliss so powerful that it completely purifies our mind and we quickly attain enlightenment.
On this course learn what Tantra is, why we need it and how to practise it for yourself.
