TEACHER:
Kadampa Buddhist nun Kelsang Varahi has been a faithful disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over twenty years. Realising the importance of practical Buddhist teachings, she made the determination to share them with others so they can discover how to make themselves and others truly happy and peaceful. Varahi teaches with joy, kindness and good humour.
FEES:
£6 or £8 including speciality coffee or tea.
Members free in person or online (no need to book).
