Take half an hour out to relax, clear your mind and enjoy simple guided meditations and an inspiring ‘thought for the day’ to help you stay happy and positive and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for the rest of the day.
While the meditations offered are Buddhist, they generally appeal to anyone wanting to cultivate a deeper state of peace and authentic happiness. Everybody welcome.

Kadampa Meditation Centre Edinburgh’s centre was opened in 2018 to provide a place of peace in the heart of Edinburgh.
Open six days a week and with a range of study and meditation programmes, everybody is welcome to attend a class,
visit the bookshop or simply enjoy tranquillity of the meditation room.
