Whether we are experiencing difficulties in our relationships or feeling depressed from not finding meaning in our life, Buddha’s teachings help us understand the real nature of our problems and how to find the inner clarity and good heart needed to transform our lives.

Most of our classes and courses are very practical and the teachings are easy to integrate in daily life.

Each class consists of:

two relaxing guided meditations

a short teaching on how to incorporate meditation and Buddhist principles into daily life

advice on how to integrate meditation into daily life
