Wouldn’t it be nice to feel at ease? To not be constantly plagued by fear or anxious thoughts?
Is that even possible?!
Thankfully… yes!
Join us in this afternoon course where we will learn the root causes of anxiety, from a Buddhist perspective.
We will gain experience of specific meditations for reducing anxious thoughts and quieting the mind. We will also learn how to train our mind so we can approach life’s challenges with greater ease, confidence and skill.
We will leave feeling more in control of our mind, and our life.
This course will be taught by local teacher Kevin Thomson. If you’ve been to one of Kevin’s classes before, you will know how accessible and inspiring his teachings are!
With talks, guided meditations, discussion and Q&A. No experience necessary, everybody welcome!

THE TEACHER
Kevin has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years. A busy father and a sincere student on Foundation Programme, Kevin is appreciated for his insightful and practical approach in putting Buddha’s teachings into practice in daily life. His honesty, warmth and clear presentations make his teachings and meditations enjoyable and inspiring for everyone.
