With Buddhist nun Kelsang LHASANG

In this one-day retreat, learn a special practice of loving kindness designed to help us develop the three types of love and protect ourselves and others from suffering. This is a unique opportunity to transform our minds and open our hearts toward others.
This retreat will help us cultivate loving-kindness in daily life and develop harmonious relationships. It is suitable for everyone but also follows on from the International Kadampa Spring Festival. Within each session, you will be guided through the practice of Maitreya, the Buddha of loving kindness. Everyone is welcome.
