Catherine Marriot
Catherine takes the class in Kirriemuir and has been studying Buddhism for many years. She is a qualified counsellor and an experienced psychotherapist, and brings the depth of her personal experience and wisdom to her teachings.

Jean Lynch
Jean has been practising meditation and studying Buddha’s teachings for fifteen years. She has a clarity and confidence in teaching derived from her experience of putting the practises within her life. Because of the great benefit derived from her experience she has the sincere wish to benefit others in the same way.

Heather Knowles
Heather takes the evening class in Aberdeen and has been studying Buddhism for many years. Her approach to teaching is straight forward, yet warm and humorous, drawing on her experience of her life as a busy Mum. She offers her students Buddha’s practical wisdom to inspire them on many levels.

Stephanie Gooding
Stephanie Gooding teaches the class in Dundee and has been studying and practising Buddhism for 10 years. She presents profound teachings in a light, loving and clear manner, offering practical applications for our everyday life.

Jon Murray
Jon is a resident of the Mahabodhi centre who has been studying and practicing for five years. Alongside his work in the centre, Jon teaches the class in Perth, where he teaches how to solve all our problems with clarity and warmth.

Chammy Sirisena
Chammy teaches the class in the Borders and has been studying and practicing Buddhism for many years. Chammy works as a psychiatrist as well as being a mother of two and teaches how to integrate Buddha’s teachings into our
busy modern lives.
